After a long time the Chhattisgarh Housing Board has come up with new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of multiple flats. It is a new housing scheme of CGHB under Self Financed Scheme. Under the scheme, the chhattisgarh Housing Board has offering total 196 flats for economical weaker section and medium income group.
The new scheme of CGHB is located at Imperial Heights, Kabir Nagar Raipur. Both EWS and MIG Housing units are available in G+6 type building. The build-up area of MIG units is about 831 square feet while the EWS unit is available in the build-up area of 498 square feet. The EWS unit is available at the fixed rate of Rs. 8.10 lakh while the fixed rate of MIG unit is Rs. 17.35 lakh. The registration amount for EWS and MIG unit is about Rs. 1.22 lakh and Rs. 2.60 lakh respectively.

How to Apply:
Applications form can be purchased from the office of Chattisgarh Housing Board. The CGHB will conduct a lottery on each Friday at 4:00PM and the application form will be collected by the authority from first day of week to Friday before 3:00PM. The registrations for the scheme are opened till 31 March 2016.
