CGEWHO Greater Noida Housing Scheme 2015: Central Government Employee Welfare Housing Organization invites applications from general public for the allotment of 561 dwelling units in Greater Noida on First Come First Serve basis. The project comprises of 2130 dwelling units being constructed in an area of 30 acres (approximately). Applications are invited as per CGEWHO Rules for allotment in CGEWHO’s Housing Scheme at Greater Noida for the following types of dwelling units ‘ON FIRST COME – FIRST SERVE’ BASIS.
This time the CGEWHO invites applications from the general public for the allotment of remaining dwelling units in CHEWHO Greater Noida Housing Scheme on First Come First Serve Basis.
CGEWHO Housing Scheme at Greater Noida comprised of four type of units: Type-A, Type-B, Type-C and Type-D having a super area of 682 square feet, 1120 square feet, 1470 square feet and 2100 square feet respectively. The 1BHK units are available in B+S+13-storey building while 4BHK units are available in B+S+14-storey building. These units are situated at Plot No. 7, sector P-4 (Phi-2, Builders Area, Near Unitech Heights, Greater Noida).

How to Apply:
Interest Applicants may obtain the Brochure cum Application Form from the Head office of CGEWHO at New Delhi by paying Rs. 100/-. It can also be downloaded from the official website of CGEWHO, in such a case Rs. 100/- may be added towards application form cost. The duly filled applications are to be sent to the CGEWHO’s Head Office only.
