Bulandshahar Khurja Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of flats in Ganga Nagar Housing Scheme. It is an affordable housing scheme launched under Uttar Pradesh Government Samajawadi Awas Yojna. The code of the scheme is 904 and property code is G-1.
Under the scheme, a total of 288 flats are on offer for public which are available in G+4 type building structure. A single unit has a covered area of 55.57 square meter which is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 18.80 lakh to Rs. 20.41 lakh.
Registrations for the scheme has been started from today 25 May 2015 and the last date of application submission is 26 June 2015.
How to Apply: For registrations, application forms can be purchased from UCO Bank Branches by paying Rs. 500/- as the cost of applications form. The application form can also be downloaded from the official website of Bulandshahar Khurja Development Authority.
