Ayodhya Faizabad Development Authority has launched housing schemes for vacant properties. The Board offers 1 BHK, 2 BHK Flats, EWS, LIG, HIG and MIG Houses and plots under the schemes. Total 18 Schemes have been launched by the authority and these scheme consist of a number of flats, plots and shops.
The registrations for the schemes will open on 1st November 2014 and last date for registration is 30th Nov 2014. Applicants can obtain the Brochure cum application form/registration form from Punjab National Bank AFDA Civil Lines, Faizabad, IDBI Bank Civil Lines, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank at the cost of Rs. 300/-.
The applicants can submit the application in the same banks with the registration amount. The person applying for EWS category must have annual income less than 1 lac and the person applying for LIG category the annual income shouldn’t be more than 2 Lac.
The allotment of property will be done through the lottery system and the allotment of property under Saketpuri Housing Scheme will be done by the auction system.

I am a native of faizabad but its been long since I have been there. I wanted to apply for one of the plots but wanted some suggestions:
1. From your past experiences (if any). Ayodhya Faizabad Development Authority are known to be punctual? Timely delivery?
2. Any past experience or reports that they have not allotted property to public? any legal cases?.
3. Do you thinks investing here will yield good returns?.
