Under the scheme the authority inviting applications for the allotment of 163 2BHK for all segment of the society. These housing units are available in two different building named as KDA Greens and KDA Heights.
KDA Greens is located at Mainawati Marg comprises of 74 units and area of each unit is about 75.93 square meter while KDA Greens is situated at Kalyanpur Bithur Marg including 89 units with the same area.
The estimated cost of a units is about Rs. 27.50 lakh which is available with the registration amount of Rs. 2,75,000/-.
