Tamil Nadu Housing Board invites application from higher income group for the allotment of flats at Mogappair Eri Scheme, Chennai at JJ Nagar Division. In this scheme, APHB has offering only 20 flats for sale of application has been started from 2 January 2017.
These flats are being offered under Self finance scheme of TN Housing Board. The scheme comprises of four types of flats including, Type-A, Type-B, Type-C, Type-D and Type-E. Plinth area of flats ranges from 1151 square feet for Type-E to 1640 square feet for Type-A. The cost of flats is Rs. 560./-.

Application form for registration of flats in the scheme can be purchased from Office of the Executive Engineer & Ado., J.J.Nagar Division, TNHB Shopping Complex, 3rd Floor, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Thirumangalam, Chennai 600101 by paying Rs. 560/-. And filled up application to be submitted at the same place along with 5 percent initial deposit. Last date of submitting application form is 31 January 2017.
