Neemrana, Rajasthan: A real estate firm Anant Raj Group will soon come up with new affordable housing project named as Anant Raj Aashray. On Monday, the officials of developer told the media that we has developed 2,500 affordable homes at Neemrana, Rajasthan. And Now we are planning to initiate the housing scheme launched by PM Narendra Modi “Housing or all”.
Amit Shah Director of Anant Raj Group was quoted that “The Company has gradually expertised in development of affordable homes and will soon be launching a number of affordable homes projects in parts of India with plans to develop almost 100,000 affordable homes over the next five to seven years”.
“The company plans to use pre-cast construction technology for achieving this target of providing affordable houses”, he also added.
According to the source, the upcoming project Anant Raj Aashray has 450 square meter standard area of design and under the project the units will be available at the starting price of Rs. 9 lakh per units.
The affordable housing project is instituted at RIICO Industrial Area in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The project comprises of play area, community halls, daily need stores, parking area within the complex and other facilities. The project also comprises of major facilities like Power backup, proper maintenance service, clockwise security and 60 percent green area.
