Amritsar Development Authority has extended the last date of application submission for the allotment of residential plots in Aero City Amritsar. Earlier the registration period for ADA residential plot scheme was started from 18 May 2015 to 19 June 2015 but on the request of applicants the authority has extended the registration period from 9 June 2015 to 9 July 2015. Now it’s time to apply for ADA Residential Plot Scheme 2015, apply now before the registration close.
Under the scheme total 428 residential plots are available for registration in Aero City Amritsar. The authority offering seven size (150 square yard, 175 square yard, 200 square yard, 225 square yard, 250 square yard, 275 square yard, 300 square yard) of plots and these plots are available at the rate of Rs. 15,000 per square yard.
The minimum tentative cost of a unit is Rs. 22,50,000/- for 150 square yard plots which goes upto 45,50,000/- for 300 square yard plot. The earnest money of all kind of plots is 10% of tentative cost of plot.

Eligibility Criteria:
For being eligible to be considered for the allotment, the applicant should be:
- A citizen of India (Except NRI Category)
- He/She must have attained the age of majority i.e. 18 years as on date of submission of application.
- He/She or his/her spouse or any minor child (less than 18 years) does not own any residential plot/house/flat (except ancestral property) in Urban Estate at ADA/PUDA /Improvement Trust or any Govt. agency in the City/Town.
- The applicant under reserve category must not have availed benefit of allotment of apartment/ house / Flat under any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in the country.
