Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna: Over 3,000 Flats Sold Under the Scheme

Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna: The Amrapali group has claimed that they have sold over 3,000 flats under its affordable housing scheme in Greater Noida for government employees. The scheme was launched in the first week of December 2015. It is claimed by the group that it has sold over 3,000 flats in 20 days from the day of launching a scheme. Under the scheme, the group has offering 2BHK and 3BHK flats for government employees.

According to the source, the company was initially planning to construct around 5,000 2BHK and 3BHK flats and now the group said that it will construct 10,000 apartment for government employees because of the kind of demand they have seen.

The Chairman of Amrapali Group said that due to phenomenal buyer’s response, a new unit size of 895 sq ft has been introduced further bringing down the minimum cost to Rs 20 lakh.

For the marketing of the project, the company has tied up with property brokerage firm Investors Clinic.

The source said that a cricket stadium along with MS Dhoni’s cricket academy, a 150 bed multi-speciality hospital, 2,00,000 sq ft of commercial area, six nursery schools and two secondary schools to be included in the proposed township.
