Ajmer Development Authority has come up with new plot scheme in Panchsheel Nagar Block-E. To fulfill the increasing demand of housing units in Ajmer the authority has launched new residential plot scheme. The scheme is launched for the benefit of Economical Weaker Section and Medium Income Group of the society.

Under the Panchsheel Yojna, the authority has offering 238 residential plots to EWS and MIG categories. Total four sizes (50 Square Yard, 111.11 Square Yard, 138.88 Square Yard & 200 Square Yard) of plot are available for registration.

How to Apply: Registration for these residential plots is done by online mode by using the official website of Ajmer Development Authority. The link is available on the website for online registration. The cost of application form is Rs. 400/- which to be submitted at the time of application submission along with the registration amount. After filling the application form, the registration amount will be submitted via Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Cash or Online Challan in the ICICI Bank branches. The amount will not accepted by Demand Draft or Cheque.
Registration for the scheme has been started from 22 July 2015 and the last date of registration is 31 August 2015. Till the last date applications can be apply through online mode, after that the authority will not consider on any application form.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan.
- Applicant should have age of 18 or above year till 01-01-2015.
- Applicant should have an account in any Indian Bank.
- The monthly income of EWS applicants should be less than Rs. 10,000/-.
- The monthly income of MIG applicants should be in between Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-.
- The allotment of plots will be done by lottery system.
