ADA Allahabad New Flat Scheme 2015 at Mausam Vihar Phase-III

Allahabad Development Authority (ADA) has inviting applications for the allotment of multi-storey flats in Mausam Vihar Phase-III, Kalindipuram. Under the scheme four Types of flats are available for allotment and the name are as follows: Sharad (3BHK), Shishir (2BHK), Hemant (2 BHK), Vasant (2BHK).

Total 151 2BHK & 3BHK units are on offer under ADA New Housing Scheme at Mausam Vihar Phase-III, Kalindipuram. Out of total 151 units, 139 units are of 2BHK type and only 12 units are of 3BHK type. 3 BHK flats are available in size of 127.84 square meter while 2BHK flats are available in 100.00 square meter, 84.14 square meter, 78.33 square meter.

The estimated cost of 3BHK flats is about Rs 50.00 lakh while the cost of 2BHK is starting at the price of Rs 30.00 lakh.
