The eleven real estate have come together to promote to the Sohna as the affordable housing destination. Under CREDAI NCR these developers will boom the affordable housing in Sohna.
The Vice president of CREDAI and Director of Ashiana Homes given a statement of the development of Sohna and said that Sohna already has basic infrastructure in place, and due to high density available, the flat sizes can be made small, bringing down the price in the area.
According to the source the region offer various affordable housing projects at the starting price of Rs. 4,500 per square feet.
The developers who will initiate the Sohna as affordable housing destinations are Supertech Limited, Ashiana Homes, Ashiana Housing, Central Park, Eldeco, ILD, CHD Developers, Silverglades, MKS Ventures, Gold Souk and Nimai Developers.
The Managing Director of Supertech claimed that the development in the area will be completed in another 3-5 years.
The developers’ association also plans to jointly liaise with the government and authorities to expedite the process of development in the region in terms of infrastructure, connectivity and other necessities like electricity, water, sewage and other aspects.
