10 New Infrastructure Projects in Kerala Gets Approval from Cabinet

Kerala Government has approved the proposal of 10 new infrastructure projects under the Sustainable and Planned Effort to Ensure Infrastructure Development (SPEEID) program.

The cleared 10 projects to cost nearly Rs. 1,500 Crores including the construction of flyovers on national highways at Kochi, Kollam, Alappuzha, Kozhikode, and Malappuram and construction of the Ramapuram-Nalambalam and Kanjikuzhi-Vettathukavala-Karukachal roads, and four-laning of the national highway between Chakkaraparambu and Infopark Junction on the airport-seaport road in Ernakulam.

The projects which have been cleared are:

8 Alappuzha Bypass Rs. 255.75 Crores
9 Ramapuram-Nalambalam-Darashanam Road Rs. 67 Crores
10 Kozhikode Bypass Rs. 145.5 Crores
