Online application form for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban can be applied by the person who are eligible for the urban housing scheme through the official website of PMAYMIS at pmaymis.gov.in and if you are wishing to apply for the scheme through offline mode you can visit the newly launched portal for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Assam at www.pmayuassam.in.
PMAY Assam Application Form PDF Download
The website has two PMAY forms, Format-4A and Format-4B. The Format-4A application form can be downloaded by the people who fall under the category EWS and Slum dweller and the Format-4B application form can also be downloaded by the people who are belonging to LIG, MIG-1 and MIG-2 category and ineligible slum dwellers and beneficiary of those slums, which have not been considered for slum redevelopment through Private Participation.
