Punjab National Bank other City Branches: Hazratganj-Lucknow, Mall road-Kanpur, G.T road-Ghaziabad, Litchibagh-Varanasi, Bank road-Gorakhpur, Badli Katra, Mirazapur, Jhanjhanpur- Kaushambi & Pratappur, Jaunpur and Fatehpur main branches. And the filled form will be submitted to above bank branches with registration amount.
