Punjab Urban Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of residential plots in Mansa & Budhlada under PUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2016. These residential plots are located at PUDA Enclave, Sugar Mill Site, Budhlada and PUDA Enclave, Mansa Barnala Road, Mansa. The authority has offering 371 residential plots for all segments of the society. Of total, 197 units area situated in Budhlada and remaining 174 plots are located in Mansa.
In this scheme, the authority has offering seven size of plots which are available in the size range between 83 square yard to 418 square yard.

How to Apply:
Registration process for the allotment of residential plots has been started from 15 September 2016 and the last date of applications submissions is 14 October 2016. Application for residential plots in the scheme can be filled through both online and offline mode of registration within the registration period.
Application forms are available in the bank branches mentioned in the brochure and dully completed application form with self attested passport size photograph to be submitted in the same bank branches either in person or by post on or before the closing date along with earnest money in the shape of crossed bank draft in favour of Estate Officer, PUDA, Bathinda payable at the place /city of respective bank branches. Interested applicants can also fill online application by using the official website of PUDA at www.puda.nic.in
