HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015 at Sector-77 & 78
Haryana Urban Development Authority has once again invites applications for the allotment of freehold residential plots in Faridabad Sector-77 and 78. The applications for HUDA new residential plot scheme 2015-16 in Faridabad sector-77 and 78 invites from the reserved category of the society from 21 December 2015 while the last offered applications were for general category for which the registration was closed on 4 December 2015.
The registrations for HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015-16 can only be done through online mode from 21 December 2015 to 20 January 2016.
HUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16 in Faridabad Sector 77 & 78:
HUDA is offering total 299 plots in this scheme which are categorized in six type of categories according to their sizes. The sizes of the plots ranges between 4 Marla to 1 Kanal in both the sectors. Of total, 258 plots are located in Sector-78 while in sector-77 only 41 plots are available for registrations.
The rate of the allotment of plots is same in both the sectors which starts from Rs. 21,330/- per square meters and goes up to Rs. 26,070/- per square meters. 10% of the total tentative cost of the plot has to be deposited as earnest money along with the application forms.

How to Apply for HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme
The applications for the HUDA new plot scheme in Faridabad will be invited through online modes only. The payment for the registration fee and the EMD can be done through the netbanking/credit/debit cards of through offline by depositing into the designate bank branches.
The complete details such as the application procedure, eligibility criteria, income criteria will be available in the brochure which can be downloaded from the official website of HUDA at www.huda.gov.in from 21 December 2015.
An individual shall be eligible to make only one application in this scheme (either in sector 77 or sector 78). In case more than one application is made by an individual, all the applications will be rejected and a deduction of Rs.1,000/- per application shall be made from earnest money. Here the application will construe to be an application where Earnest money plus non-refundable charges of Rs.500/-, has been duly deposited in the HUDA account.
