CGEWHO Greater Noida Housing Scheme: Central Government Employee Welfare Housing Organization invites applications for the allotment of 2130 dwelling units which are being constructed in an area of about 30 acres. Applications are invited from Priority-I, II and III categories as per CGEWHO rules for allotment in CGEWHO’s Housing Scheme in Greater Noida.

Under the scheme, total four type of units are available for registrations. Type-A, Type-B, Type-C and Type-D having super area of 682 square feet, 1120 square feet, 1470 square feet and 2100 square feet respectively. The 1BHK units are available in B+S+13-storey building while 4BHK units are available in B+S+14-storey building. These units are situated at Plot No. 7, sector P-4 (Phi-2, Builders Area, Near Unitech Heights, Greater Noida).

How to Apply:
Interest Applicants may obtain the Brochure cum Application Form from the Head office of CGEWHO at New Delhi by paying Rs. 100/-. It can also be downloaded from the official website of CGEWHO, in such a case Rs. 100/- may be added towards application form cost. The duly filled applications are to be sent to the CGEWHO’s Head Office only before or on the last date 20 November 2015.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applications are invited from the following categories, Priority-wise under CGEWHO Rules.
Priority – I: Central Government Employees serving or retired and spouses of the deceased
Central Govt, employees.
Priority – II: Employees in service of Central PSUs, State Governments, Union Territory
Administration, Autonomous Bodies, Corporations, Nationalized Banks etc and serving uniformed
employees of the Ministry of Defence and serving employees of M/o Railways.
Priority-Ill: General Public.
Note:
a) If the applications received are more than the available DUs, the allotments will be made in
the order of priorities as mentioned above.
b) If the applications received in a particular priority outnumber the vacancies, the allotment shall
be decided through draw of lots.
c) Individuals owning residential property in his/her name or in the name of his/her spouse in the
limit of the town/city in Greater Noida will not be eligible for the scheme.
