ADA Heights Residential Apartments Scheme by Agra Development Authority

Agra Development Authority is inviting applications for allotment of 182 units in ADA heights residential apartments in Taj Nagri Phase 2. The authority is offering Studio, Delux, Super Delux and Ultra Delux flats in ADA heights residential project.

Located at just about 1.25 Kilometers from the wonder of the world Taj Mahal, ADA heights is a flagship residential project of the Agra Development Authority. The authority aims to provide the luxury lifestyle amenities and modern facilities in ADA heights at affordable cost. Some of the facilities under the project includes high speed elevators, fully developed lush green parks, exclusive sewerage system, earth quake resistant structure among many others.

The applications for the ADA heights scheme are being invited from 20th January to 28th February 2015. The prices of the offered ADA heights apartments starts from 25.87 Lakh and goes till 84.01 Lakh per unit. The authority is charging 10% of the cost of the flat as registration amount.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants should be a citizen of India with 18 years of age as on the date of application submission.
• The applicant should be eligible to execute deeds under Indian Constitutional Act.
• The applicants can come forward for one or more than one flat.

How to Apply
The interested applicants can apply online through www.online-ada.com by paying a registration amount of Rs. 1575/-. The registration amount which is 10% of the cost of the flat have to be paid via account payee cheque enclosed with the application form. The challan copies attached with the brochure have to be attached with the application form.

The applicants who wish to deposit the registration amount in cash can go to Union Bank of India situated in ADA office, Jaipur House, Agra.
