Rajasthan Housing Board invites applications for allotment of 452 flats in Indira Gandhi Nagar Housing Scheme Jaipur year 2014. The board offers 144 G+3 flats for Lower Income Group in Sector-9 and 208 G+3 flats for MIG-A in secor-4, 5 & 7 in IG Nagar Jaipur.

The estimated build-up area of LIG flats is about 508.336 square meter while the estimated build-up area of MIG-A flats is 804.00 square meter. The estimated cost of LIG flats is about 10.95 Lakh for first floor while for HIG flats it is 16.55 Lakh.

How to apply?
The applications for Indira Gandhi Nagar housing scheme are being invited through both online and offline modes. For online applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and fill the application form by registering. The online registration can also be done paying Rs.30 on Lok-Mitra counters of housing board.

The interested LIG & MIG-A applicants will have to pay Rs. 700/- and Rs. 1000/- as the processing fee and Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 50,000 as a registration amount respectively. The total amount can be deposited through online banking or credit card or into any bank branch of Central bank of India by printing the challan from housing board website.

The online applicants will have to upload their signature and latest photograph on RHB website. Below are the details of offered flats:

Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The annual income of LIG applicants should be in between Rs. 1 Lakh to 2.5 Lakh while MIG-A applicants annual income should be in between Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 4.5 Lakh.
