Yamuna Expressway Authority will start refunding the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful applicants of RPS02/2015 plot scheme in January 2015.
According to the reports of Jagran.com, YEIDA has also issued demand letters to the successful allottees of the scheme. The successful applicants will have to pay the cost of the plots within 60 days after receiving demand letter failing which the allotment will be cancelled.
For RPS02/2015 Plot Scheme, YEIDA has received 9,800 applications for 120 sq.mt. and 160 sq.mt. in sector 22D. The draw result for the scheme was announced on 2nd November 2015.
The authority is also planning to launch a new residential plot scheme in 2016 for about 2000 plots in Sector 17. The new scheme is expected to be launched in January 2016.
