Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has extended the registration period for flats in YEIDA BHS07/2016 LEFT OUT FLAT SCHEME. The authority has extended the last date of application submission for flats in new housing scheme from 30 June to 29 July 2016. Now applicants who had not yet registered for the scheme can apply till 29 July 2016.
In this regard the authority has published a notification in a newspaper to inform the general public so that they can avail the benefits of the scheme.
Under the scheme, Total 359 flats are being offered by the authority which are located the prime location of Sector-22D.
Of total, 268 units are affordable 1BHK type having a area of 29.76 square meter and 91 units are S+$ 1BHK flats which are available in the size of 54.75 square meter. The cost of affordable 1BHK flats starts at Rs. 11.15 Lakh while the S+4 flats are available at Rs. 19.01 Lakh.
Registration money for the affordable 1BHK flat is 1.20 Lakh while the applicants will need to pay Rs. 2.00 Lakh if applying for the S+4 1BHK flats.
