Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has delayed the launch of its new residential plot scheme in sector-22D. According to the earlier announcement of YEIDA, the plot scheme in Sector-22D was scheduled to be launched on Sunday 26 July 2015. But due to some reasons, the authority has delayed the launch of this scheme till next Monday.

This has been confirmed through a recent email conversation with the authority. The authority will launch the plot scheme in sector-22D on upcoming Monday, 3 August 2015.
The authority will come up Monday with 800 affordable residential plots. Under the scheme, YEIDA will offer residential plots of two sizes, 120 square meter and 162 square meter to all categories of the society.
These residential plots will be available at the rate of Rs. 14,250 per square metre. At this rate, the 120 square meter plot will cost approximately Rs. 17.10 lakh and 162 square meter plot will cost about Rs 23 Lakh.
