Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has extended the last date of Yamunotri Housing Scheme in Sector 22-A to 31 December 2015. The code of the scheme is BHS-04. The scheme was started on 23 October 2014 with the last date 2 December 2014.Under the scheme total 2070 1BHK and 792 2BHK flats in sector-22A are on offer.
It is another opportunity for unsuccessful applicants of DDA housing scheme 2014 to buy their own house in NCR. The board offers an affordable price of flats and the price of 1BHK flats is 15.49 lakhs only while the price of 2BHK flats in 27.96 lakhs. The land for this housing scheme was acquired from farmers and the 17.5% flats are reserved for these farmers and 18% flats are reserved for SC/ST candidates.
Registration amount for 1BHK flats is 1.50 lakh while the registration amount for 2BHK flats is 2.80 lakh. The draw of the scheme may be held in march, 2015. Online payment option is available for submitting application forms and depositing applications forms cost along with registration amount by using Net Banking, Debit and credit cards.
