West Bengal Housing Board announced for the sale of dwelling units (Houses & Flats) in different housing projects. These dwelling units are available in 16 different housing projects. These projects are located in Bansdroni, E.M Byepass, Asansol, Serampur, Sarsuna, Howrah, Dugapur & Siliguri etc. under these projects total 91 dwelling units are available for sale.
Registration for the scheme has been started from 3 July 2015 and the last date of registration is 31 July 2015.
Income Eligibility: Gross monthly family income Rs. 40001 and above.
Information Folder with application form and book of General Terms and Conditions will be available on sale from 3.07.2015 to 31.07.2015 on payment of Rs. 1000/- only from Bank / Branches mentioned below Duly filled in application with application money and other required documents may be submitted within 5.08.2015 during banking hours with mentioned bank / branches. Possession will be handed over on “AS-IS-WHERE-IS BASIS” Application Form should be filled in properly. Book of G.T.C. is to be consulted for details of dwelling units.
