Still one hope for about 1250 unsuccessful applicants of DDA housing scheme 2014. The authority, apart from the list of winners of DDA 2014 housing scheme for 25,034 flats has also released the waiting list of the applicants. The list contains about 1250 applicants of all categories. The draw for wait list was also conducted on the day of draw and the list was well observed by the team of observers.
About 5% of the total number of allottees are there in the waiting list which can be accessed using the link below.

The wait list of DDA housing scheme 2014 will be valid for next 15 months and consists of the applicants who can be allotted flats if someone surrender or fails to do the payment for any reason. The wait list of the applicants is prepared in order to allot the surrendered flats to the applicants of same housing scheme rather than keeping them vacant until the next scheme.
DDA will conduct a separate draw after one year after issuing the allotment letters to the successful candidates to allot the surrendered flats to the applicants on waiting list. The is a new hope for the applicants on the list.

I want to know what action dda will take against the people who have been alloted 3 flats on same name and is there any second waiting list awaited.I have a suggestion as well that next time dda should not allow the people staying in other state to apply as they will not shift to delhi even if they get a flat and with effect the people of delhi does not get a flat to live.
A single person can not be allotted more than one flat, if DDA found so, his allotment will be cancelled and registration money will be forfeited.

DDA has released some amount to banks on 29 December, please wait for 3-4 more days

The amount will be refunded to your account very soon as the DDA has instructed all the banks to refund the earnest money amount

Banks are not transferring the money directly to account even for the person who made online payment. They are sending the draft. I got the draft Dt 20.12.14 today by speed post from HDFC bank.

Might be they are having some issues while transferring amount for some applicants, however many applicants has already received refund directly in their bank accounts.

If an application number is present in Waiting list, does it matter if the same is on serial number 1 or Serial number 999, also will there be a fresh draw conducted for waiting list candidates, what priority will the same be condcuted in. Suppose if 20 flats under various categories have been cancelled, would these 20 flats put in a draw again for 1000 odd applicants who are under waiting list or will the flats be provided basis the priority set in waiting list.
