Affordable Housing scheme in Gurgaon: Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Private Limited has launched a new ffordable housing projects for Economical Weaker Section at Gurgaon Sector- 37D. The project is named as Vista Apartments launched under affordable housing policy of Haryana.

Under the scheme the developer has offering 534 EWS units for Economical Weaker Section of the society. The area comprised by the unit in Vista Apartments is about 18.581 square meter. The cost of the area is about Rs. 1,50,000/- lakh per unit.

How to Apply: Application form is available at the cost of Rs. 50/- can be collected from 296/18, Civil lines Gurgaon Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. and the duly filled application form may be submitted the same address along the demand draft of Rs. 1500/- in favour of Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The applicant should be a domicile of Haryana.
  • Any person registered under BPL family which includes his/her spouse or his/her dependent children who do not own any flat/plot in any HUDA Sector/licensed colony in any of the Urban Areas/Estates in State, will be eligible for applying.
  • The applicant should have completed 18 years of age at the time of application for registration.
  • An eligible person under this scheme or his/her spouse or his/her dependent children cannot submit more than one application under this scheme.
  • The applicant or his/her spouse of his/her dependent children who were earlier allotted a plot/house by the Housing Board Haryana, HUDA or any colonizer and has transferred the same to some other person is not entitled to make application.
  • The Aadhar card of the applicants mandatory required.

Terms & Conditions of Allotment:

  • First preference will be given to BPL families listed in the same town, followed by listed in the district and then the State.
  • The allotment will be done through draw of lots in the presence of Committee consisting of Deputy Commissioner or his representative (at least of the cadre of Haryana Civil Services), Senior Town Planner of the Circle, DTP (P) Gurgaon and Developer/Colonizer concerned.
  • The date of draw of lots will be fixed by STP, Gurgaon and the results will be published in the newspapers (one leading English National daily and two daily newspapers in Hindi language having circulation of more than 10,000 copies in that state).
  • The refund of registration money to unsuccessful applicants will be made within 3 months from the date of draw without any interest or any compensation whatsoever.
  • The flat allotted under this scheme are prohibited for transfer /sale up to five years after getting the possession of the flat to avoid speculation and to give’ housing’ to the genuine person. Breach of this will attract penalty equivalent to 100% of selling price of the flat Execution of Irrevocable Power of Attorney in favor of any person other than blood relation along with irrevocable WILL and for consideration passed on to the Executor of irrevocable Power of Attorney or anybody on this behalf, shall be construed as sale of property.
  • Applications not accompanied by valid certificates/affidavits and /or in case are incomplete in any other aspect or applications received after date of closure of the scheme shall be rejected and shall not qualify for entitlement of any allotment.
