VDA Varanasi Lalpur Housing Scheme 2015 in Landmark Tower

Varanasi Development authority has come up with a new housing scheme under Lalpur Awas Yojna on the basis of self-financing scheme. The authority invites application for the allotment of multi-storey flats including 2BHK and 3BHK flats.

The apartments are available in two different building Landmark Tower Phase-2 comprised of 12 units of 3-bedroom apartment. These units are available in two different sizes, first type have an estimated build-up area of 157.57 square meter with the cost of Rs. 52.68 lakh and the second type have an estimated build-up area of 159.18 square meter which is priced at Rs. 53.22 lakh.

The second building comprised of 26 units of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment it is named as Landmark Tower Phase-3. In this tower 2-bedroom apartment is available at the price of Rs. 49.72 lakh while 3-bedroom unit is priced at Rs. 60.85 lakh.
