Varanasi Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of flats in Landmark Tower-II & III under Lalpur Awasiya Yojana 2016. Under the scheme, VDA has offering 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom flats for all segments of the society.
Under VDA Lalpur Awasiya Yojana, flats are available in Landmark Tower-II and Landmark Tower-III. For registration only 11 flats are available in Landmark Tower-II while in Landmark Tower-III 25 flats are being offered by the authority for allotment. In Landmark Tower-II, only 3-bedroom flats are available for allotment and Landmark Tower-III comprised of both 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom flats. The estimated cost of 3-bedroom flats are available in the range of Rs. 52.60 lakh to Rs. 60.85 lakh and the estimated cost of 2-bedroom flat is Rs. 49.72 lakh offered by VDA.
The applications for the allotment of flats are being offered through offline mode of registration from 21 January 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 20 February 2016.

How to Apply:
The registration for the scheme has been started from 21 January to 20 February 2016. The scheme brochure/booklet along with application form can be purchased from the Bank of Baroda Lahurabeer, Varanasi/ Authority store by paying Rs. 500/-. It can also be downloaded from the official website of Varanasi Development Authority. Dully filled application form along with the registration amount can be submitted in the same bank branches along with required documents. The registration amount to be submitted in the shape of Cash/ Bank draft/banker cheque in favor of Secretariat Varanasi Development Authority.
