Varanasi Development Authority is inviting applications for multi-storey 2BHK and 3BHK apartments in phase 2 and phase 3 of landmark towers respectively. The authority is also inviting applications from Economically weaker section of the society for 15 flats.
The applications are being invited from 22 September to 20 October 2014 and the lottery draw will be announced 10 days after the last date i.e. on 30th October.
The phase 2 of the landmark towers contains 15 3BHK flats which are being offered at a price of 49.03 and 49.52 lakh with a built up area of 157.17 and 159.18 square meters respectively. The phase 3 of the landmark towers offers 3BHK 69 flats with an area ranging between 114 and 164 square meters.
The cost of EWS flats is relatively very low and are priced below Rs 3 Lakh. To be eligible for the EWS flats, the annual income of the applicants should not be more than Rs 1 Lakh. The authority is charging 30,000 as the registration fee for EWS flats and 10% of the total cost for the rest of flats. Below are the complete details about the scheme and flats.
