Trans-Ganga City: Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) invites applications from general public for the allotment of residential plots in Trans-Ganga City Residential Plot Scheme.

The residential plot scheme of UPSIDC is situated in the city of Kanpur in Unnao at the bank of Ganga River. It is the prime location of Kanpur City and well connected via Kanpur-Lucknow highway.
The project is spread over the area of 1156 acres and comprised of 711 residential units of different sizes. The UPSIDC has offering five types of including the sizes 120 square meter, 200 square meter, 250 square meter, 260 square meter and 300 square meter.
Of 711 units, large number of units are 200 square meter size and these units are available at the price of Rs. 18,000/- per square meter and the extra amount may also be applicable to the prime located plots as location charges.
Registration for the scheme was started on 20 August 2015 to 21 September 2015 and now the UPSIDC has extended the last date of registration from 21 September to 6 October 2015. Now the interest applicants can apply for the scheme till 6 October 2015.

How to Apply: Interested applicants can apply for the scheme and for registration application forms are available at the price of Rs. 1050/- can be purchased from the designated bank branches of State Bank of India, Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Syndicate Bank and ICICI Bank. The list of bank branches is available in the brochure which can be downloaded from the official website of UPSIDC.
The duly filled application form along with bank draft of processing fee, registration amount and cancelled cheque may be submitted in the designated branches mentioned in the brochure. One cancelled cheque of applicant bank A/c be also enclosed.
Eligibility Criteria: The applicants must be a citizen of India and should have attained age of majority and only one application will be entertained from each applicants (His/her spouse and his/her dependent children).
Payment Mode: The registration amount of plot which is 10% of the total cost of plots and processing fees of Rs. 2000/- should be paid only via pay order and bank draft in favor of UPSIDC LTD Payable at Kanpur. Preferential allotment to those who pay full cost of the plot at the time of application.
