Siddharth Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad: UPAVP has once again launched a new flat scheme in Ghaziabad offering 1BHK to 4BHK flats in Siddharth Vihar Yojna on Delhi-Lucknow National Highway 24. UP Awas Vikas Parishad is offering a total of 589 flats under the new scheme in Ghaziabad. This is the second scheme being launched within July 2015 by UPAVP after Mandola Vihar Yojna.
The registrations for the scheme will start on 27 July and the last date of registrations will be 27 August 2015. The flats under the scheme are being offered in high rise multi-storey buildings in Hindon, Ganga and Yamuna apartments.
The construction of the flats in 20 storey buildings is in the finishing stage and the possession will be given very soon to the winners. There are 5 1BHK and 94 2BHK apartments in Hindon apartments, 160 2BHK & 89 3BHK in Yamuna apartments and 113 3BHK & 105 4BHK in the Ganga apartments.
A total of 13 pent houses are also being offered under the Siddharth Vihar Yojna where 11 are in the Yamuna apartments and 2 are in Ganga. Below are the details of the flats being offered under the scheme.
