Hurry up! just 5 days left for the registration of 5 affordable housing schemes of Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad launched under Samajwadi Awas Yojna. The last date of registration of flats under the 5 schemes in Lucknow and Meerut is 2 June where 9340 flats are being offered.

Below are the quick details about the five schemes launched under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna affordable housing scheme are as follows:

1. Govardhan Enclave, Vrindavan Yojna, Sec-20, Lucknow
Total Flats: 2400 (1152 units of 1BHK flats and 1248 units of 2BHK flats)
Cost: Starting at 12.25 lakh for 1BHK and from 23.25 lakh for 2BHK

2. Saryu Enclave, Avadh Vihar Yojna, Sector 7-D Lucknow
Total Flats: 2344 flats (1408 1BHK flats and 936 2BHK flats)
Cost: Starts at 12.25 lakh for 1BHK and Rs 23.25 Lakh for 2BHK

3. Gomati Enclave Sector-8 Avadh Vihar Yojna, Lucknow
Total Flats: 1968 (1344 1BHK units & 624 2BHK units)
Cost: Starts at 12.25 lakh for 1BHK and Rs 23.25 Lakh for 2BHK

4. Amrapali Enclave, Amrapali Yojna Lucknow
Total Flats: 1044 flats (468 flats are 1BHK & 568 flats are of 2BHK type)
Cost: Starts at 13.50 lakh for 1BHK and Rs 27.00 Lakh for 2BHK

5. Bhagirathi Enclave, Jagriti Vihar Yojna Meerut
Total Flats: 1584 flats (768 are 1BHK and 816 are 2BHK)
Cost: Starts at 8.36 lakh for 1BHK and Rs 16.66 Lakh for 2BHK

The applications for all the 5 housing schemes in Lucknow and Meerut are being invited through offline mode through several designate bank branches. Online applications are also available for Gomati Enclave and Govardhan Enclave through designate bank branches only.
