Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched another housing scheme in Mandola Vihar Yojana Ghaziabad. But this time, UPAVP has launched new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment residential plots at Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad. In this scheme, UPAVP has offering 300 residential plots for anyone can apply who are eligible for the scheme.
Latest Update: Last Date extended upto 31 March for UPAVP Mandola Vihar Yojana Ghaziabad
Applications are being offered through both online and offline mode from 6 December 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 March 2017.
Total three types of plots are available for registration, in first types the size varies from 80 square meter to 112 square meter; in second and third types the size of plot ranges between 113 sq. mt to 162 sq. mtr and 163 sq. mtr. to 200 sq. mtr respectively.

How to Apply:
Application form for residential plot in the scheme can be filled online or offline. For offline, form can be obtained from Indian Overseas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce and Canara Bank. It can also be obtained from UP Awas Vikas Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow at Rs. 500/-.
Dully filled application form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount within the registration period. Online application form can be filled by visiting the official website of UPAVP at www.upavp.com.
