UP Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for the allotment of flats in Majhola Yojna at Sector-9A and 7A Moradabad. It is new housing scheme of UPAVP under which UPAVP has offering 797 flats for all segment of the society.

Total 736 flats are available in Sector-9A under Majhola Yojana no.-4 Part-2 and remaining 91 flats are located in SEctor-7A. Sector-9A comprises of 1BHK and 2BHK flats having a super area of 34.07 square meter and 56.11 square meter respectively. These flats are being offered by the authority under Self Financing Scheme.
The estimated cost of 1BHK flat is Rs. 14.7 lakh while the 2BHK unit is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 23.17 lakh.
Applications for the allotment of flat in UPAVP Majhola Yojana New Housing Scheme 2016 are being offered through offline mode of registration.

How to Apply for UPAVP Sultanpur Housing Scheme 2016:
Interested applicants can apply for the scheme by purchasing the application form from the authorized bank branches which is available at the cost of Rs. 300/-. It can also be obtained from Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg. Other details of the scheme is available on the official website of UPAVP. Interested applicant can apply online application form from State Bank of India branch at Jawahar Bhawan Branch, Lucknow.
