Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched another housing scheme for the allotment of 448 flats in Kamadgari Enclave New Housing Scheme 2016 at Sector-19 under Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow. This is the third scheme launched by UPAVP within the first week of April 2016.
After inviting applications for UPAVP Sikandra Green Enclave New Housing Scheme at Sec-2C, Agra and Vrindavan Yojana at Sec-3 Lucknow, the awas vikas parishad has launched Kamadgari Enclave scheme under Vrindavan Yojana at Sector-19 Lucknow.
Under the new flat scheme, UPAVP has offering F-84 type of flats having a super area of 84.05 square meter with the build-up area of 71.76 square meter available in the estimated cost of Rs. 33.50 lakh. The scheme have a provision of 1-dining cum drawing room, 2-bedrooom, 1 kitchen, 2 toilet and 2 balcony in a single unit.

How to Apply:
UPAVP has all set the scheme and the registration will begin from 11 April 2016. Application form will be available in authorized bank branches and it will also be available at Office, Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg Lucknow.
For online registration, interested applicants could apply for the scheme from State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar, Lucknow branch in the registration period.
