After inviting applications for the flats in Mandola Vihar Yojna, Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad again invites applications for the allotments of flats in Ambedkarpuram Yojna-3 in Kanpur. The flats are available in Ganga Enclave Housing Scheme 2015 located at Sector-E (Part) Kanpur. The scheme is launched on the eve of Navaratri Festival.
Under the scheme, UPAVP has offering 243 flats for different segments of the society and total four type of flats are available for registrations, of which 2 types are 2BHK and other 2 are 3BHK. The largest number of which are of 2BHK Type-I having a super plinth area of 99.73 square meter and the plinth area of 3BHK Type-I and Type-II and 131.49 square meter and 132.15 square meter respectively.
The estimated cost of 2BHK Type-I is Rs. 42.79 lakh while the cost of 3BHK type-I is about R. 58.42 lakh. The registration for the scheme will begin from 20 October 2015 and the last date of application submission is 30 November 2015. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode within the registration period.
