UPAVP Everest Enclave Vrindavan Yojna-4 Lucknow: It is the new housing scheme of UP Awas Vikas Parishad. Under the scheme, Awas Parishad inviting applications from all segments of the society for the allotment of 204 flats in UPAVP Everest Enclave. The Everest Enclave of UPAVP is located in Sector-18 Lucknow in Vrindavan Yojna Number-4.
The applications under UPAVP Everest Enclave are being offered on “First Come First Serve” basis and the registration of flats will be opened till the sale of whole flats. Interested applicants can register for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registrations as per their convenience.
UPAVP Everest Enclave comprises of 3BHK and 4BHK and the type of flats are 3BHK+S and 4BHK+S. The super area of 3BHK units is about 2128 square feet while the 4BHK units is available in the super area of 2381 square feet. The 3BHK is available at the cost of Rs. 91.70 lakh while for 4BHK it is Rs. 81.85 lakh. The registration amount for 3BHK and 4BHK flat is Rs. 4.00 lakh and Rs. 4.50 lakh respectively.
