Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has annnounced a date for conducting a lottery draw result of housing units in UPAVP Avadh Vihar Yojana & Samajwadi Awas Yojana-2015. The lottery program for the allotment of housing units in the above scheme will be held on 30 September 2016 in the Assembly Room, Office Complex, Sector-9, Vrindavan Yojana Lucknow.
In this lottery, UP Awas Vikas Parishad will allot 370 flats to EWS category which are located in Avadh Vihar Yojana, Sector-7A, Sultanpur Road, Shahid Path, Lucknow and 864 flats in Basera-II under Samajwadi AWas Yojana-2015.
The list of registered applicants for the above mentioned scheme in available on the official website of UPAVP at www.upavp.com/ and applicants can check their uploaded details and contact the authority for any error and objection, if any. Applicant may contact the authority by submitting their query in written at Property Manager Office, Office Complex, Sector-9, First Floor, Lucknow before 26 September 2016. After the due date, the authority will not concern any objection.
UPAVP invites all the registered applicants of the scheme to attend the draw and the entry to only be allowed with application receipt and any Indentity Card.
