UP Awas Vikas Parishad launched a new housing scheme under UPAVP Avadh Vihar Yojana 2017 at Sharda Enclave Sector-5 Lucknow. Under the scheme, total 1024 flats are available for allotment for application process will start from 9 January 2017.
The scheme has offering three types of flats including, 1BHk Type-A, 1BHK Type-B and 2BHK flats. And the count of 1BHk Type-A, 1BHK Type-B and 2BHK flats is 288, 192 and 624 respectively.

Information booklet and application form can be obtained from the office of UP Awas Vikas Parishad, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg and bank branches of UCO Bank, State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda Central Bank of India. And the people who wants to avail the benefits of subsidy under PM Awas Yojana can apply through Central Bank of India, 73 MG Road, Hazaratganj, Lucknow.
Applicants can also fill online application from the official website of UPAVP at www.upavp.com.
