Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has extended the last date of registrations for its Asra and Sapna Enclave Housing Scheme in Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad. The registrations for Asra and Sapna Enclave Housing Scheme were open from 15 September to 30th October, but now the authority has extended the date for other 45 days.

The last date of registrations for flats in Asra & Sapna Enclave in Mandola Vihar Yojna will now be 15 December 2015.
UPAVP is inviting applications for allotment of 1235 multi-storey flats in Sector 4 and 5 in Mandola Vihar Yojna on Delhi – Saharanpur Road in Ghaziabad.
UPAVP is offering 914 flats in Asra Enclave out of which 811 are type 1 and 103 are type 2. The minimum estimated cost at 3rd floor of type 1 and type 2 flats in Asra enclave is 9.45 Lakh and 14.10 Lakh respectively.
