UPAVP Asra & Sapna Enclave Housing Scheme: Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has extended the registration period for Asra and Sapna Enclave under UPAVP Mandola Vihar Yojna at Delhi-Saharnpur Road Ghaziabad. The last date of application submission for the allotment of flat under the scheme has been extended from 15 December 2015 to 30 January 2016. Now applicants can fill the application till 30 January 2016.
It is a second time when the registrations of Asra and Sapna Enclave Housing Scheme has extended. Earlier the registrations were pushed from 30 October to 15 December and not the authority has extended the registration period from 15 December to 30 January 2016.
UPAVP is inviting applications for allotment of 1235 multi-storey flats in Sector 4 and 5 in Mandola Vihar Yojna on Delhi – Saharanpur Road in Ghaziabad.
UPAVP is offering 914 flats in Asra Enclave out of which 811 are type 1 and 103 are type 2. The minimum estimated cost at 3rd floor of type 1 and type 2 flats in Asra enclave is 9.45 Lakh and 14.10 Lakh respectively.
