Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has announced a date for conducting a lottery draw result for various housing schemes launched by UPAVP in different locations. The draw result will be announced on 27 May 2016 for Awadh Vihar Yojana, Sultanpur Road, Shahid Panth; Vrindavan Yojana at Rai Bareilly Road. Saryu, Gomti, Basera-2 Enclave and Goverdhan Enclave under Samajwadi Awas Yojana (Affordable Housing).
UPAVP has published a notification on its official website in this regard.
The lottery program for the allotment of housing units in these schemes is scheduled on 27 May 2016 and will begin at 11:00 AM atMeeting Hall, Office Complex, Sector-9 Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow.
The applications for housing units in these schemes were started from 1 February 15 March 2016 and the list of applicants with complete details is available on the official website of UPAVP at http://www.upavp.com.
Applicants can check the information filled in the application form and contact the UPAVP in written for any kind of correction or error in the application on or before 20 May 2016. For contacting the UPAVP, applicants can visit Property Management Office, Office Complex, Sector-9, First Floor, Lucknow.
The selection process of eligible applicants will be done on 27 May 2016 and after that UPAVP will conduct a numbering draw for the allotment of housing in Gangotri/Nandini Enclave F-64/F-84 (Avadh Vihar Yojana), Kailash Enclave (Vrindavan Yojana) on the same day for which applications were invited from 16 November 2015 to 31 March 2016.
