Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Praishad launched a new housing scheme 2016 in UPAVP Amrapali Yojana under Samajwadi Awas Yojana of UP government. Registration for flats in the scheme will start from 11 November 2016. In UPAVP Amrapali scheme 2016, total 816 flats are being offered by UPAVP for allotment. The scheme is located at Hardoi Road Lucknow.
The scheme offering 1BHK flats and 2BHK flats which are available in four types, 1BHK Type-A, 1BHK Type-B, 2BHK Type-A and 2BHK Type-B. The size of 1BHK flat is 44.86 square meter for Type-A and 55.02 square meter Type-B and for 2BHK flat the size is 89.75 square meter for Type-A and 97.75 square meter for Type-B.

How to Apply:
Registration and sale of application for flat in the scheme will start from 11 November 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 December 2016. Application for flats can be filled through both online and offline mode of registration. For offline registration, application form would be available in Bank of India branches at the cost of Rs. 300/-.
