UPAVP 5 New Affordable Housing Schemes Under Samajwadi Awas Yojna

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) invites applications for 9340 flats in Lucknow and Meerut under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna. These flats are on offer under the 5 new affordable housing schemes at multiple locations of Meerut and Lucknow. Out of total units 7756 flats are located in Lucknow projects while the rest of 1584 flats are available in Bhagirathi Enclave, Meerut.

JULY 2015: LATEST UPAVP HOUSING SCHEME UNDER SAMAJWADI AWAS YOJNA
Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad offers 3680 flats for allotment in Gulmohar Enclave under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna. The authority is offering 1216 1BHK flats and 2464 2BHK flats at a price of 11.00 Lakh and 18.10 Lakh respectively. The registrations for the scheme will start from 20 July and will remain open till 20 August 2015. The interested applicants can apply for the scheme through both offline and online modes.

UPAVP 5 New Affordable Housing Projects under Samajwadi Awas Yojna

1. Govardhan Enclave, Vrindavan Yojna, Sec-20, Lucknow: In Goverdhan Enclave Lucknow total 2400 flats are available for registrations. The project contains 1152 units of 1BHK flats and 1248 units of 2BHK flats and the cost of 1BHK flats is starts from 12.25 lakh while for 2BHK the cost starts from 23.25 lakh.

The area of 1BHK type is starts from 26.70 square meter which goes upto 37.15 square meter while the area of 2BHK flat is starts from 61.44 square meter which goes upto 61.44 square meter.
