Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has launched a new Plot scheme for industrial and institutional purpose. Under this plot scheme Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is offering plots for industrial purposes in Greater Noida sector 29, sector 32 and sector 33. These plots will be located near the upcoming international airpot Jewar in Greater Noida.
The objective to launching this scheme is to promote the international airpot in Greater Noida in Jewar. The brochure of the scheme has released on 20th June 2019 and the candidates can apply for this scheme at officially website.

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is offering industrial plots in sector 29, 32 and 33 Greater Noida for people to boost commercial and industrial development under this YEIDA Plot Scheme. Interested people can apply for YEIDA New Plot Scheme 2019 at officially website of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.
To apply for this scheme, people have to download the brochure of the scheme and go through YEIDA Plot Scheme 2019 conduction / eligibility criteria and make the registration for the scheme. The allotment of plots willbe based on submission of online application through Nivesh Mitra Portal.

Application Form for YEIDA Plot Scheme 2019-20
The Scheme brochure can be download from the Authority officially website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. Applicant can apply online for YEIDA Plot Scheme at Nivesh Mitra Portal http://www.niveshmitra.up.nic.in. Processing fee and registration money as given in Data Sheet shall be deposited Online Payment gateway portal of YEIDA or through RTGS/NEFT.
An additional hardcopy of application form with all documents as given in Section 1.5 shall be submitted in the office ob the Authority with in 10 working days from the date of online submission.

The following documents, duly signed by the applicant and certified by CA on each page should be enclosed with the application form for registration.
a) Project Report Including

Feasibility Report of the proposed project
- 3 year project cash flow of the project depicting sources of inflow for the project
- Statement of sources of funds
- Land use pattern, construction plan, flowchart showing manufacturing process and implementation schedule certified by the architect/applicant
b) Background of the Application and its promoters.
c) List of Directors and Key Shareholders along with their shareholding or list of partners/trustees.
d) Audited Financial Statements of last 3 years.
e) Registration Documents
f) Documents to establish source of financing
