Urban Improvement Trust of Kota has come up with a new housing scheme for the allotment of residential plots located at Rani Laxmi Bai Nagar. Under UIT Kota Rani Laxmi Bai Nagar Awasiya Yojana 2017, total 132 housing plots are being offered for application are being invited from EWS, LIG and MIG categories. The housing scheme is located in Naya Gaon near Tagore Nagar Yojana and the location is very close to NH-27 and located.

The process of registrations has been started from 30 June and the last date of submitting application form is 3 August 2017.
