Urban Improvement Trust of Kota launched a new housing scheme at Parth Apartment-Devli Arab for the sale of flats. Under UIT Kota new housing scheme 2017, applications are being invited from economical weaker section (EWS) and lower income group (LIG) for the allotment of 296 flats.
Registration for these housing units has been started from 17 January 2017. Of total, 216 flats are available for EWS and remaining 80 units are in the category of LIG. The scheme is launched under Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana. And Under PM Awas Yojana, an assistance of Rs. 1.50 lakh would be provided on EWS flat and a subsidy would also be provided on LIG flats at the interest rate of 6.50%.

How to Apply:
Application form for the registration of flats in the scheme can be obtained from the bank branches of Oriented Bank of Commerce by paying its cost. After the completion of application form, it should be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount and processing fees. The copy of some important documents of applicants should also be deposited at the time of application submission.
Last date of application submission is 18 February 2017. The registration amount and processing fee should be paid through demand draft in favor of Secretariat, Urban Improvement Trust, Kota.
