Mohanlal Sukhadia Awas Yojna: It is a new housing scheme launched by Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) Kota for the allotment of 692 flats for Economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. Mohanlal Sukhadia housing scheme is launched by UIT Kota under Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojana-2015.

Applications for the allotment of flats are being offered through both online and offline mode of registration from 29 February 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 March 2016.
In UIT Kota new scheme 2016, the super build-up area of EWS units is 327 square feet and the LIG units is available in the super build-up area of 505 square feet. Majority of 532 flats are available for EWS category at worth of Rs. 3.95 lakh and remaining 160 flats are for LIG category available at Rs. 6.10 lakh.

How to Apply for UIT Kota Mohanlal Sukhadia Housing Scheme 2016:
Registration for the scheme can be done through offline and online mode. The online registration facility is available on E-Mitra and for offline registration, application form is available in Axis Bank branches at Rs. 300/-. Dully filled application form to be submitted along with the registration amount and required documents. The registration amount submitted in shape of DD favoring Secretariat Urban Improvement Trust, Kota.
