UDA Ujjain to Launch New Scheme at Hakkanipura & Village-Khilchipur

Ujjain Development Authority is planning to launch new housing scheme for benefits the people living in the local area of Ujjain. UDA Ujjain new housing scheme will be launched soon for the sale of flats and houses at Hakkanipura and village Khilchipur at new Agar road.

UDA Ujjain New Housing Scheme

On Wednesday, UDA official conducted a meeting regarding to the matter and the board directors had decided to launch the scheme. During the meeting, UDA chairman Jagdish Agrawal and CEO Abhishek Dubey elaborated the scheme and informed that the board had approved the proposal of development housing colonies. As per the information, these housing colonies would be created on the land of 86.445 hectares and about 5000 houses will be made available for different categories of the society in the link land.

It is expected that 35,000 residents of the city will be provided a housing solutions under the scheme. UDA will now complete the project under the act 50 (1) and 50 (7) of urban and rural investment.

Besides housing units for general public, the project will also have staff quarters and a hostel building shed for the Mahakal Temple Management Committee (MTMC) in village Chintaman Javasiay.

In a significant decision, the maintenance period for the development work undertaken by UDA has been increased to 5 years.
